What is your return policy?

All items in boxes are not eligible for return. In the rare case that your items arrive damaged, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your package and we’re more than happy to help you from there.

When I order a subscription, what happens at the end of my last month? Will I be billed again?

If you order the subscription plans, your subscription will be renewed automatically and you will be billed for the next month. Depending on the plan you choose, your billing date will be one month from when you first signed up, or your last billing date. For example, if you signed up on the 15th of the month, your next billing date will also occur on the 15th of that month. If you purchase boxes as gifts, they will NOT be renewed after the last box.

I want to send a box from my subscription to someone else. Can I do that?

Sorry, each subscription or plan can only be mailed to one recipient. If you would like to gift multiple people for the same month, you can create separate orders.

Do the gift plans auto renew?

Gift plans are billed monthly, and will not auto renew after the last box.

How far in advance am I able to order a gift?

All orders are for the following month. You or your recipient will receive your box the following month.

When is my box coming?

If you placed your order before the last day of the month, you will receive your box the following month. For example, if you placed your order on August 15th, you will receive the September Box.

When will this month's box be shipped?

We normally start shipping boxes during the first and second week of every month. After we ship your box, we will email you a tracking confirmation number to the email you provided when signing up to let you know that your Sweet Box is on its way!

What are the dimensions of Orange Glad box?

Orange Glad boxes are 9” x 6” x 2.5”

How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address in "Manage Subscription" section under "My Account".

Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes, when your box is shipped, we will email you tracking information to the email address you provided in your account info.

I didn’t receive my box yet!

If you placed your order in the previous month, you should be getting your box this month. When we ship a box, you will get tracking information sent to your email. If you don’t receive your box by the end of the month, please contact us.

Where does Orange Glad ship to?

Orange Glad ships in the U.S only. Sorry, we do not ship to international locations, U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Will you let me know what goodies are in the box ahead of time?

It’s a surprise! :)

What if I receive a broken or missing item?

Orange Glad tries hard to make sure all your goodies come to you fresh, safe and sound. If your box is damaged, please contact us with photos of the box and products, and your order number.

I have certain food allergies. How can I make sure I don't eat something I'm allergic to?

Orange Glad takes care to make sure you know what you’re eating! Please check the menu card for the ingredients list before eating.

I love what I got in my box, where can I get more?

Yay! If you love the products in our box, all shop information can be found on the menu card and on our website the following month. You can get more by visiting the shop’s online store or locally if they are nearby. If you especially love a product, email us and let us know!
